The festive season is underway! Whether you’re planning gifts, ordering online, or simply making sure your wardrobe is ready for your social calendar, a little planning goes a long way. Here’s everything you need to know about TLC Style & Colour over the festive period.
Studio opening hours
The studio will be open until 23 December, and then I’ll be taking a short break before returning on 5 January 2026.
All orders plus any last-minute gift vouchers, scarves and makeup packages, can be collected from the studio until Tuesday 23 December. Please get in touch early to make sure your items are in stock and ready for you.
While the studio is closed, response times to emails and messages may be slower, but I’ll reply as soon as I can.
Consultations
Appointments for colour analysis, style and shape and the full transformation package are available until Tuesday 23 December 2025.
Bookings for 2026 are from 6 January and secured now.

Postage
Royal Mail’s last posting dates for UK Christmas delivery are:
– Second Class: Wednesday 17 December
– First class: Saturday 20 December
Special Delivery can be arranged for next-day delivery for an additional cost. Requests must be received by Monday 22 December for the Tuesday 23 December deadline.
Gift vouchers
Physical and digital (e-gift) vouchers are available. Please order in good time if you’d like them to arrive before Christmas.
You can browse and buy digital gift vouchers online here. They’re emailed to you once payment is processed – check your spam folder so you don’t miss them.
Physical vouchers are prepared on request and can be collected from the studio until Tuesday 23 December. If you can’t collect, Special Delivery postage is available for an additional charge. Requests must be received by Monday 22 December to guarantee Christmas delivery (UK mainland only).
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be purchased for any service or amount. No refunds.

Festive gifts
