Covid 19 has impacted my business just like many others and I’m delighted to be seeing clients again in the studio. Changes have been made to the services as a result of the pandemic which is covered in more detail below.
The online services continue to be available if you cannot attend, or you’d prefer an appointment from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Importantly, all appointments are to be booked and paid for in advance of the session taking place. Full details about what to expect is included in the booking confirmation sent via email prior to your appointment.
Online and studio appointments
If you’re not sure which appointment is for you, read the differences between the virtual and in person sessions here.
To arrange a group consultation, please get in touch as these are being restricted.
I’m proud to operate a strict cleaning and sanitisation programme in the studio. This is for your safety and in readiness of your appointment. Watch this video for more information: What to expect when you book your appointment
Whilst I have been double jabbed, as an additional measure, I will continue to undertake regular lateral flow testing. This helps to find cases in people who may have no covid symptoms but may still infectious and can therefore pass the virus onto others. You can also take part – tests are available to order here.
What to expect on arrival for your appointment
Effective from 30 November, face coverings are legally required to be worn again. It should be noted that we will be in close contact throughout your appointment in the studio and you will be able to remove it during colour and makeup applications.
Please arrive for your appointment on time and alone (unless prior agreement has been obtained), wearing a face covering. The QR code continues to be displayed on entry should you wish to check in for track and trace purposes. I’ll ask you to leave your personal possessions in the box provided before washing your hands for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitiser is also available throughout your appointment.
If you experience any symptoms, however mild, respectfully I ask you to stay away and reschedule your appointment. Signs to look out for include:
– A new, continuous cough
– A high temperature
– The loss of, or change in your sense of taste or smell
– You’ve tested positive for the coronavirus, been in contact with someone who has, or you’ve been instructed to self isolate.
Should you experience any of these covid symptoms, you must contact me to reschedule your appointment.
Refreshments aren’t currently being served but you are welcome to bring your own.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
