1. About TLC Style & Colour
TLC Style & Colour is a sole trader business run by Toni, who provides colour analysis, personal styling, makeup, wardrobe audits, personal shopping, workshops and group styling experiences. These terms apply to all services, events, digital products, physical products and gift vouchers unless otherwise stated.
2. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments and services can be booked via an online booking system, email or telephone. All appointments and bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once a booking is made and payment instructions have been provided. Payment may be requested upfront for certain appointments, workshops or special offers.
A booking confirmation email will be sent with details of the appointment, what is included, location information and any relevant preparation guidance. This confirmation email forms part of your booking agreement.
TLC Style & Colour reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings if necessary.
3. Payments
Payment is requested in advance of appointments, workshops and services, typically via bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment by the agreed time may result in the appointment being released.
Payment methods may expand in the future and this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or workshop, at least 48 hours’ notice is requested.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or in the event of a missed appointment or no-show, TLC Style & Colour may retain a booking fee or charge for the appointment to cover reserved time and preparation.
This approach allows flexibility while protecting appointment availability and business time.
TLC Style & Colour reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, an alternative date will be offered or a refund provided if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Services Offered
Service details, inclusions and pricing are outlined on the website or confirmed at the time of booking, and may be tailored to individual needs.
6. Workshops & Group Sessions
Workshops and group sessions may be held at third-party venues or arranged privately.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis once payment has been received.
Cancellations by attendees are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in Section 4. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
TLC Style & Colour reserves the right to make reasonable changes to workshop content, format or dates where necessary.
7. Products (Physical & Digital)
Physical Products
Physical products may include colour tools, accessories, earrings or related styling items.
For hygiene and practical reasons, earrings and certain accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Colour Me Beautiful (CMB) Products
Colour Me Beautiful products purchased directly from the CMB website are subject to CMB’s own terms and policies.
CMB products purchased directly from TLC Style & Colour must be returned to TLC Style & Colour in the first instance. Ingredient information is available upon request.
TLC Style & Colour may receive commission from Colour Me Beautiful for purchases made via affiliated links or references.
Digital Products
Digital products, downloads or guides are non-refundable once accessed, delivered or downloaded.
8. Gift Vouchers
Digital gift vouchers are available to purchase online and are emailed to the recipient once payment has been processed.
Physical gift vouchers may be collected in person or posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional fee. This service is tracked and insured.
Gift vouchers:
- Are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated
- Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired
Shorter validity vouchers issued for charity auctions or raffles will be clearly stated at the time of issue.
TLC Style & Colour also accepts Colour Me Beautiful gift vouchers where applicable.
All gift vouchers can be redeemed by contacting TLC Style & Colour to book your chosen service or event.
9. Results & Expectations
Colour analysis and styling services are subjective and advisory in nature. While guidance is provided based on professional experience and training, individual results may vary.
Clients remain responsible for personal purchasing decisions and application of advice.
10. Website Content & Affiliates
Some website content may include affiliate links. These will always be clearly identified. Purchasing via these links may result in a small commission at no additional cost to you.

11. Liability & Insurance
TLC Style & Colour holds appropriate public liability insurance for services provided. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during sessions and workshops.

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
